Happy New Year to everyone!
We hope everyone had a fabulous holiday break. We are excited to get back to our normal routine, we hope you are too! We wanted to take this opportunity to remind all of you of few things, as well as touch on our Theme of the Month.
Please remember to make up your classes. With the holidays over, it is time to get back on a regular training schedule. When you are here, try to double up on your classes to make up for any that you have missed. It is important to get these classes in because pretesting will start on January 18th. We hope you are ready!
Our Theme of the Month for January is Goal Setting. It is important to start 2016 off on the right foot and the best way to do that is by setting goals. Remember to make sure that your goal is S.M.A.R.T.
S- Specific: Your goal needs to be narrow down to something specific. “I will study” won’t cut it!
M- Measurable: You have to able to measure your goal and track your progress.
A- Action Oriented.: Your goal should inspire you to get up and do something.
R- Realistic/Reachable: We want you to work hard, but don’t set yourself up for failure.
T- Time specific: Give yourself a time limit to help hold yourself accountable.
We will all be setting goals this month as well as continuing our Vision Boards. We would like to see both. Please bring in your Vision Boards as well as 3 Goals (Karate, School/Work, & Personal).
We look forward to seeing you all back in the studio!
