Blue & Black Belt Workouts!

It’s that time of year again! It’s Black Belt Testing time! With the April Black Belt test vastly approaching, it is time to begin our Blue & Black Belt Workouts. Any student that is a Red/Blue or above is welcomed to come to these workouts. Please be in full uniform with all equipment (staff and sparring gear).  Here are the dates for the workouts: 1/23 1/30 2/27 3/5 3/19 4/2 Please note that 1/23 & 1/30 are pre-tests for those planning on testing for Blue Belt or Black Belt on February 13th Come ready to work!
