Black and Blue Belt Workout!

Don’t forget that tonight is our Black and Blue Belt Workout. The workout will be 5-7pm. The second workout will be Saturday 7/25 from 9-11am. Remember that if you are planning to test for Blue Belt or Jr. Black Belt on August 1st you must attend these workouts because they will be your pre-test. Those planning on testing for Black Belt in the fall need to attend as well so you are plenty prepared. We will use these workouts to give you feedback on where you need improvement. Also, any red/blue that isn’t testing this time is welcome to attend the workout as well. More workouts=better martial artist. Please make sure that you have everything you will need as if it were a test (weapons, sparring gear, etc.). Good luck, you are going to do great! Tang Soo
