This month in class we have be discussing gratitude. Above, you can see the turkeys that our students colored as well as what they are grateful for. As we all know, having gratitude means being thankful for the things you have in your life rather than being upset about things you don’t have. Around this time of year, people tend to start thinking about things that they want. It is important to step back and appreciate everything and everyone that you have in life. What is more important, is telling that someone that you are grateful for them. Appreciation goes a long way and when you tell someone that you are thankful for them their heart lights up. So, we at Middleburg Martial Arts ask you to please thank someone today and tell them that you appreciate what they do. We are grateful for each and everyone one of our students as well as their parents, children, and spouses.
